Specialty coffee represents the highest grade of coffee, distinguished by exceptional quality, care, and attention to detail at every stage of its journey — from the farm to the final cup.
To be classified as specialty coffee, green coffee beans must score 80 points or above on a 100-point quality scale, assessed by qualified coffee professionals through standardized evaluation methods.
